Positive Office has negotiated preferential rates with Barclays Merchant Services (BMS) for acceptance of payment by credit and debit cards. Summary of Terms (please contact Barclay's for a full listing):

Rates for Electronic Transactions (Separate rates apply for any paper transactions):

  • Joining Fee: Waived (Normally £125)
  • Consumer Credit Card Terms: 1.50%
  • Commercial Credit Card Rate: 1.775%
  • Debit Card Rate (Delta & Switch): 30p per transaction
  • PDQs (classic): £13+Vat per month; (TT41): £15 + Vat per month; (portable): £25 + Vat per month.
  • Internet Loading: 0.4% credit cards, 6p debit cards
  • Minimum monthly fee of £20

    In order for members to join Barclays Merchant Services (BMS) call:

    Note that in order to take advantage of these special rates you must state that you wish to take advantage of the Positive Office Trade Association terms.
